• IP address — collected by our analytics providers for approximate geolocation and fraud prevention.

TrueStay offers paid subscription plans processed via Stripe.

• Free trial — where offered, a free trial gives you temporary access to premium features. You may cancel your free trial at any time before it ends and you will not be charged.
• No refunds — all purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. If you cancel a paid subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Cancellation — you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
